For the next few weeks (and the past couple, if you’ve noticed), I’m going in depth into my time in Mexico. I’m covering everything from the places I stayed, the people I met, and especially all the delicious foods I ate. I figured if I was going to be talking about drool worthy Mexican food all the time, I may as well give you a way to replicate some of it. Here’s a list of the best selling Mexican food cookbooks.
I am certainly someone who like stop replicate some of my favorite meals from traveling once I get home and my cravings come back. Unfortunately, many times those favorite meals involve REALLY hard to find spices or ingredients from far flung lands. Fortunately, that is not the case for Mexican food! I decided I wanted to make it even easier for you to replicate some of the yummy dishes I sampled by giving you a list of the best cookbooks on Amazon.
If you need a little more motivation, watch me mange some Chilaquiles (really awkwardly!).
This is a first for me, talking about this side of food. Let me know if you love it, if you hate it, if you want to see me make some kind of change with how I show it to you. I want your feedback!
Have any personally recommended books that I didn’t cover here?
