Selfie sticks are great. A sentence I never thought I’d utter. I used to make fun of an old roommate and good friend pretty hard for having a selfie stick. In reality, she was far ahead of the times. It pains me to admit that she was damn cool for having one back in 2011.
Hoi An is a sleepy little river town in Vietnam about a 12 hour bus ride from Hanoi (give or take 5-6 hours). It’s a great place to relax, mosey around, and get clothes and shoes specially made.
After spending two days in Hanoi we went on an adventure to witness the infamous Ha Long Bay. Luckily, it is still a naturally beautiful place because it is quickly becoming so over-touristed that it is hard to enjoy it.
